01 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all members ("Users") of the kuj9 platform ("Website" or "Service"). By accessing the kuj9 website, creating an account or using any service, you are considered to have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the kuj9 service. These terms have been prepared in Bengali and apply specifically to users in Bangladesh.

These terms must be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. Those documents are considered an integral part of these terms.

02 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

An active account is required to play games or place bets on kuj9. When creating an account you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including:

• Date of birth (must be 21 years of age or older)
• Valid email address
• Mobile number

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are discovered, all accounts will be closed immediately and the accumulated balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Verification

kuj9 may request identity verification documents at any time. Withdrawals may be limited or placed on hold until verification is complete.

03 Age Verification

At the time of account registration or when requesting a withdrawal, kuj9 may ask for any one of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Birth Registration Certificate (as a supporting document only)

If it is proven that a user is under 21 years of age, their account will be closed immediately. Any funds held in that account will be settled through the appropriate process.

04 Account Use and Security

4.1 Password Protection

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Use a strong password that includes letters, numbers and special characters. Do not share your password with any third party.

4.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately via live chat or email. The account can be temporarily suspended right away.

4.3 Personal Use

The account is strictly for personal use. You may not play games or place bets on behalf of a third party or using their account.

05 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kuj9 supports the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla, City, BRAC, Islami and Sonali Bank)

5.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

5.3 Processing Time

Deposits are generally credited instantly. The standard processing time for withdrawals is 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may increase if additional verification is required.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on kuj9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawals cannot be processed if the wagering requirements on received bonuses have not been met. Withdrawals are generally processed via the same method used for the deposit.

06 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the combined total of the deposit and the bonus.

6.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• The specified wagering requirement (25x) must be completed before withdrawing from a bonus.
• A bonus is available only to the player who registered directly.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
• Bonuses must be used within a set period from the date they are issued.
• kuj9 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

If evidence of bonus abuse is found (such as claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts or artificial betting patterns), kuj9 may cancel the bonus and close the account.

6.4 VIP Program

The kuj9 VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.8%

You can gradually advance to a higher tier through regular active play. Each tier comes with additional benefits and personalized offers.

07 Gaming Policy

7.1 Fair Play

All games on kuj9 are operated on the basis of fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG).

7.2 Game Providers

kuj9 offers games from world-class providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt and Microgaming.

7.3 Technical Issues

If a technical error occurs during a game session, kuj9 reserves the right to cancel that round or session and refund the bet. kuj9 is not responsible for losses caused by loss of internet connection.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Creating an account using fake or false identity documents
• Playing games using automated software, bots or scripts
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's systems or software
• Tampering with game results or engaging in fraudulent behaviour
• Conducting money laundering or other illegal financial activities
• Creating multiple accounts for the same person to claim bonus benefits
• Harassing other users or spreading false information
• Exploiting any error or vulnerability in a game

If any such activity is discovered, kuj9 reserves the right to cancel all winnings and bonuses from the account in question.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by kuj9

kuj9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Failure to pass age verification
• Failure to submit required documents
• Extended period of inactivity

9.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. All pending transactions must be completed before the account is closed, and any remaining balance may be withdrawn subject to wagering requirements being met.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

10 Responsible Gaming

• If the service is disrupted due to unexpected technical issues or natural disasters
• If the user suffers a loss as a result of sharing their login credentials with someone else

In any situation, kuj9's total liability will be limited to a maximum of the amount of that specific transaction.

13.2 Disputes Regarding Game Results
